At Eaton Tube Audio, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping. We offer free shipping inside of the continental USA only. We do not ship outside of the USA. We use only the best packaging materials to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. If you ever need to return or exchange a product, we are happy to help. We offer a hassle-free return policy, and we will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate the return or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Eaton Tube Audio, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If there is a problem with your amplifier that requires a return, upon receipt we will send you a refund or repair the problem which ever you would prefer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your amplifier ever has an issue with a part that fails, excluding vacuum tubes, we will fix it for free. We do not offer exchanges.
