Customer Care

At Eaton Tube Audio, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.  If there is a problem with your amplifier that requires a return, upon receipt we will send you a refund or repair the problem which ever you would prefer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your amplifier ever has an issue with a part that fails, excluding vacuum tubes, we will fix it for free. We do not offer exchanges.

Privacy & Safety

Any information used during the purchase of our products will not be used for marketing or non-payment purposes. Alan Eaton Amplifiers does not store customer data, without consent given by the customer for the applications on this website.
